Program Overview

The Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management program offers an extensive educational approach to the hospitality industry, which includes hotels, restaurants, resorts, entertainment complexes, casinos, and assisted living facilities. With its varied course of study, the program prepares students with both the management theories and operational competencies that are necessary to enter any segment of the industry upon graduation. 

Program Objectives

Graduates of this program will be able to demonstrate the following:

  1. An understanding of and ability to apply the generally-accepted concepts associated with the hospitality industry.
  2. An ability to evaluate business and marketing plans for hotels or other related areas of the industry.
  3. An ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with industry professionals.
